At Bakkerij Pater, you’ll not only start as an Operator, but you’ll also have the chance to follow internal training to grow into a specialist role within one of our departments.
Are you available at night, during the day, and on weekends? Then we are looking for you!
We also offer an internal training program to become a Dough Maker, Production Operator, or Packaging Operator.
This is what you're going to do
Setting up equipment and preparing packaging and auxiliary materials.
Carrying out various quality checks on packaging and recording findings in logs and/or systems.
Resolving routine malfunctions and quality deviations by adjusting equipment within established parameters.
